About the role:

You will head strategically important team within Connectivity & API, supporting Business Infrastructure Domain. The team in Vilnius, which you will manage directly, develops real time data streaming capabilities on PubSub/Kafka platforms, managing around 2.5 billion messages per day to over 3000 consumers all over the bank, supporting both on-premises and cloud use cases.

As Team manager you will be responsible for:

Leading the team by setting clear goals, providing direction, ensuring effective communication, feedback, and removing obstacles
Ensuring continuous relevant competence development within the team
Promoting continuous improvement practices within the team to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Managing the technical roadmap and team activities backlog
Ensuring stable and reliable technical solutions from a risk, security, cost, and compliance perspective
Managing relevant assets, expenses, contracts, external supplier services
Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and vendors

To thrive in this role, we believe you have:

Held leadership roles in teams or projects within the IT domain
Experience as a Scrum Master or managing IT projects
Strong interest in IT, staying updated on industry trends and innovations
Great communication skills and fluency in English

Would be considered advantageous:

Experience building and driving efficient agile teams
Experience in the field of data and related technologies
