About the Job
Are you ready to take the lead in shaping identity and access management (IAM) in a dynamic digital bank? As an IAM Specialist, you’ll play a key role in helping us select and implement a primary Identity Provider, streamline our IAM processes, and strengthen security across the organization. Working closely with a small, dedicated team, you’ll bring your expertise to build a robust, compliant, and scalable IAM ecosystem.

This hybrid role is based in Stockholm and offers the chance to work in a fast-moving environment, solving real challenges in identity management while collaborating across IT, security, and compliance functions.

In short, what you will do:

• Lead the selection and implementation of a primary Identity Provider among Entra ID, Azure AD, and Google (Workspace and GCP).
• Develop IAM processes and governance frameworks that comply with regulatory requirements (e.g., DORA).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IAM strategies with business and security goals
• Act as a subject matter expert, advising on IAM best practices and emerging technologies.
• Conduct regular audits, access reviews, and risk assessments to maintain a secure IAM environment.

You will belong to Internal Operations within Tech and be part of the IAM Team, which currently consists of three engineers and report to our Engineering Manager Ida Rusteberg.

We are looking for someone who demonstrates:

• A strong sense of ownership and commitment to seeing projects through to completion.

We would prefer that you have previous experience of working with IAM solutions.

• Worked in a complex environment using multiple IdPs (Identity providers) is highly desirable
• Knowledge of financial regulatory requirements such as DORA is desirable but not mandatory

For this role you don’t have to be fluent in Swedish but it’s advantageous to understand the basics. Good to know is that our company language today is Swedish but we are actively working on making this shift possible and if this feels exciting we would love to see you apply!
