Is this the right fit for you?


You will hold the ownership of the platforms and subsequently ensure development plans for them in accordance to the IT strategy that you, along with your managerial colleagues set out. There will be a consolidation of systems and in the role you´d be asked to facilitate a systemic harmonization between countries in Scandinavia. You will lead and ensure continuity for the platform’s respective interfaces, secure an accessibility, security and functionality through efficient change management, and monitoring. The IT initiatives regarding scalability is for you to lead and in this responsibility, you will ensure best practice related to the solution architecture, delivery, quality and investments according to budget and timelines.

You will lead a group of 10-15 people, employees and consultants; providing support and coaching when relevant and needed. The onset is to move further towards DevOps and Agile.


You are a seasoned IT professional, i.e. you have extensive experience in the management, development and governance of business-critical platforms. Your managerial practice exceed 3 years and you have acted as a change leader before- maybe even driven a shift towards digitizing services and ways of working. We believe your background include ITIL and customer- and business centric ideologies such as Lean or Six Sigma. In your daily work you thrive on solving issues and finding innovative ways of addressing a task. Your leadership is built on anchoring and creating legitimacy for expert knowledge- you facilitate newness through your colleagues.
