Introduction

This is a role where you can grow, build long-term relationships and get new technical knowledge continuously. You will be part of an experienced sales team and continue to work with our existing customers in the Nordic and Baltic countries but also find new customers and take part in growing our business.

About the job

You will

Your new role is both operative and strategic within sales, working towards our customers within HVAC and Refrigeration; OEM’s, dealers, wholesaler accounts, retail chains, contractors and consultants. Your focus can vary depending on your experience and interest. A key objective for you will be to seek new business opportunities but also to keep the good relationships with our existing customers and help them in finding the best solutions. You will be responsible for a specific market/segment including sales budget, prospects, agreements and forecasts. Other tasks are for example to evaluate market potential, introduce new products in the market, lead training sessions and seminars and take part in conferences and exhibitions.

You will work close with your colleagues in the Nordic Sales Team but also work a lot with our HQ in Italy. You will be based in Helsingborg but the role also requires you to travel approx. 20 % of the time to meet our customers.

You are

For this role you need to be a socially skilled person with a good ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships. You have a technical interest and is motivated in creating good value for the customer and to continuously learn about new products, applications and systems. You are self-motivated, driven and organized. You have a flexible and prestige less attitude and can work well both independently and in a team.

You have sales experience from the Heating, Ventilation, Air-Conditioning, Refrigeration industry or similar, or you are coming from a more technical role but want to develop within sales. You need to have a driving license and be fluent in English and Swedish, verbally and written.
