About the job

Tasks:

  • Responsibility for the entire sales process.
  • Negotiation and contract management.
  • Determine sales strategies and ensuring that budget goals are reached or exceeded.

Required skills and experience:

  • Experience from sales execution, with a track record of closing revenue
  • Bachelor degree minimum (or other equivalent education)
  • Ability to manage complete sales cycle from not yet qualified prospect to closed agreement
  • Business-oriented
  • Understand customers' businesses, their processes, bottom line and the C-level decision maker's many challenges
  • Confident presenter and good listener
  • Confident on the phone and making cold calls
  • Fluent in Swedish and English
  • Ability to lead oneself through complex sales cycles and keep focus
  • High focus on the goals and ability to execute
  • Coachable and willing to learn
  • Adaptable to start-up environment and culture: open-minded, helpful and initiative-taking
