We need a product owner that loves to create clarity in complexity and thrives in a team-oriented environment!
At Scania we take our responsibility to drive the shift towards a future that is better for everybody involved, both the business, society and the environment. In this journey, digitalization of our customers interactions with Scania plays a key role to both grow and provide premium services.
Our team in collaboration with several other teams has the important mission to enable and build the platform of this new digital ecosystem, the “My Scania”. Key capabilities such as the Global user ID and front-end frameworks securing a premium user experience are part of the team’s responsibilities.
You will work closely with the development and UX team ensuring they have a suitable amount and prioritized backlog to work with, always with the customer in focus. You will also work with user support and incident related activities, to ensure that our services are up and running.
You will be part of a product lead team, which has a joint responsibility for the product vision, roadmap and finding business opportunities. In this team, the current focus is to secure the strategy and build the base and fundaments of this new digital Scania ecosystem.
You will also own the team’s roadmap and vision which requires a scout vision looking into the long-term horizon. Here you will work closely with our CX/UX designers and other Product Owners to secure a holistic view and demand from our customers.
We believe you are great at interacting with customers, always seeing their needs and transforming them into real value. You are a brave person who doesn’t focus on the obstacles thrown your way, but instead on how to learn from and overcome them. Your courage helps you to make decisions and drive in a certain direction. Your curiosity drives your learning and openness towards seeing things from different perspectives. You enjoy and see the benefits of working in a team. We also expect you to be a great communicator who can bridge the gap between technical details and business lingo.
We work in an exciting multicultural environment so you will be speaking English on a daily basis. We strongly believe that a diversity of perspectives, ideas and cultures lead to the creation of inspiring work environment and first-class services.
If you have experience from working with transport operations or software development that’s a plus, but your go-getter attitude will be what is valued the most.
When joining us in the big My Scania team, you will get a key place and opportunity to contribute to Scandia’s Customer Digitalization Journey. Moreover, you will play an important role in transforming our product portfolio and scaling our business. In addition to all of the above we provide fun and inspiring colleagues, in-house innovation days, relevant education, and excellent professional development opportunities within the Scania Group.
