One of the group managers in Scania Maintenance is going on parental leave for a year and we are therefore looking for a servant, humble and energetic group manager. The temporary assignment will be between August 2021 and October 2022.
What we do
Scania Maintenance consists of four agile development teams and one support team working with Scania’s system for maintenance of trucks and buses. We gather real-time data from the vehicles and optimize a unique maintenance plan for each vehicle depending on how it is operated.
Your responsibility
In this position you will work in a team together with a second group manager. Your common goal will be to give the best support to all employees and nurture an inclusive culture. You will have the formal responsibility for the employees in your group and coach them to grow and develop.
You will contribute to create a safe environment for the employees where it is accepted to make mistakes.
You will support a good collaboration with all stakeholders and ensure that we work with software development in an efficient way. You will ensure that the teams has the ability to meet business objectives at the same time as we work with technical debt and modernizing our products.
Innovation is an important area for you and you will create an environment where it is natural for the teams to work with innovation on continuous basis.
