We’re now looking for a great Sales Manager being based in Stockholm and looking after our Swedish Sales Team. As we’re growing fast you will be an integral part of a company set out to make our customers Enjoy Work even more :)
In order to succeed in this team, you must have the passion and energy to work in the entrepreneurial and fast paced environment that is Quinyx.
In the role of Sales Manager Sweden you are a key person in the Swedish Sales Team and you will have complete responsibility for the team and the team budget. You will work closely and gain support from the Global Sales Director. At Quinyx communication is everything and you will need to collaborate closely with our development department to make sure we’re marketing our products in the best way possible.
What you’ll do!
Meet and succeed Quinyx Swedish sales targets
Coach and develop the team who work in various areas such as Sales, Presale and Customer Success
Build and recruit new talents to the team, onboard them accordingly
Participate in business planning and budget process meetings and develop “Go to Market” strategies with the Global Sales Director
Develop strategies to maximise sales och profitability
Create the best team and team environment possible
Make sure our customers are happy and Enjoy Work :)
Several years of experience in a leading sales position
A superstar of a leader with the ability to create a happy and awesome sales team
A great ability to communicate and collaborate at various different levels
Experience of selling a cloud based B2B solution
Ideally you will have experience of working in a SaaS-business
Fluent Swedish and English
