Manager IFS

Do you want an important leading role as Manager IFS in a fast-growing international packaging company? Ecolean is based in Helsingborg and manufactures innovative lightweight packaging for the dairy and beverage industry and is looking for someone with a strong project management profile with experience of ERP implementation and upgrades in an international environment. Are you the one we are looking for?

In the role of Manager IFS at Ecolean, you take part of the digital transformation of the company, by driving and being responsible for ERP related improvements and changes. You are responsible for and manage projects and change activities associated with the company’s ERP system on a global level. Projects include implementation, upgrades, customizations and integrations of the IFS system. You take on the responsibility of the ongoing global ERP implementation and continue to realize it.

You lead a small group managing ERP related support to the global organization, and you participate in hands-on support when necessary. You are responsible for ERP education of end users as well as system documentation and training material. You manage communication and collaboration with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

We believe that you have strong interest in technical solutions and digital transformations, along with genuine experience of business systems and processes. You do have experience from ERP projects and/or implementations, probably from international businesses. You are experienced within Finance, Production, Purchase and/or Supply Chain. Working with IFS and agile projects are meritorious. As a person, you are pragmatic, action oriented, open minded and communicative, structured and accurate. You thrive in an organization with a high pace and many contact areas, and you speak and write freely in English.
