In your role you´ll challenge the status quo and add to excellence in delivery through in-depth technology know how at the management level as well as towards teams in your organization. You will steer a department of 4 direct reports and their subsequent groups of appx. 60 people in the advancement of engineering solutions associated with selected products for global clients.

You will

You´ll assume the role with the objective to build engagement, efficiency, and performance ultimately leading to elevated success in the intended scale up. You´ll start with an in-depth review, enabling you to detail the strategy forward from a technological perspective. In the role as AVP you are expected to challenge the status quo, and with discernment bring forth a greater understanding of the sophisticated product intelligence throughout the delivery cycle. In connection to ongoing as well as new projects your time will be devoted to perfect the framing of legitimate estimates, priorities, and timelines in line with the set vision and client contracts. In your role you´ll interact with global clients.

You´ll be part of an inspiring journey, steering your organization of 4 direct reports, along with approximately 60 people in total, towards furthering the delivery of advanced engineering solutions associated with various product offerings. The team is predicted to expand in the years to come under your leadership, in Stockholm and in Vilnius. You´ll partake regularly in round table discussions at the management level.

You have

  • A working experience of at least 10 years
  • A background that involves at least 2-4 years in management, preferably with larger groups. 
  • Software development, in java, has been your profession for an estimated time period of 6-7 years. 
  • It is considered  a plus if you have project management experience related to software delivery
  • Architectural skills are a merit

You can relate to leadership qualities to the effect of providing good communication and in that adhering to a level of transparency. You are straight-forward and committed to the vision as well as client- and team progressions. We believe you are a hands-on manager with a solution- and action-oriented approach. This role is for the strategic/tactical leader with a proven ability to build capabilities and develop talent.
