Your role as a Customer Intelligence Analyst is to utilize data to help our clients get to know and understand their customers better. To put it differently, you play a key part in a process essential to adding value to our client’s insight into their target audiences. If you are interested in creating business value through data, this is the perfect job for you. You will work in a team responsible for designing, developing, and reporting on solutions that convert our client’s data into useful knowledge for them to act on. Your primary tasks will be, among others: - Selecting campaign target groups based on in-depth analysis of customer databases

  • Data preparation for campaign management systems

  • Communicating and reporting campaign results

  • Advising customers on how to improve the use of their data

  • Assisting and advising internal Wunderman teams in relation to the data models and scoping of new projects.

About You

The idea of utilizing data to improve business decisions is a driving force for you and consequently, you possess strong analytical skills that you obtained through a master’s degree or a similar equivalent. You have a strong foundation in data analysis/business intelligence and has 2+ years of experience as consultant.

You have a keen eye for details, and you are capable of understanding complex problems and know how to communicate in a direct and simple manner. You thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, where daily interaction with a wide variety of specialists is the key to success.

You know your SQL and R or similar, and it is an added bonus if you have experience using Tableau, SSIS/SSAS, Adobe Campaign, JavaScript or similar software. Most important is that you find it challenging and exciting to develop your skills and knowledge in using the platforms and software relevant for the specific task.
