It takes talent to find talent. tretton37 are searching for someone to join the team as Talent Acquisition Responsible. If you have excellent research skills and experience from the end-to-end process of acquiring and hiring talented individuals, preferably within the IT industry, then read on!

What will you be doing?

You will be responsible for every aspect related to recruitment at tretton37. We’re talking about everything from establishing role descriptions to writing advertisements, selecting and interviewing candidates, leading the process, and finally giving brilliant individuals the chance of working at an awesome company. You’ll be working closely with internal stakeholders and the Talent team.

Furthermore, the role will entail;

• Actively searching, headhunting and expanding our candidate pool
• Preparing and following up internally on your progress
• Representing us at internal and external events
• Taking part in forming some the best recruiting events in the industry, creating the type of events that bring a tear to your eye as you watch them unfold!

Who are we looking for?

You are a dedicated and organized person with a genuine passion for recruitment and an eye for talent. You love the buzz you get from finding the best people out there and are used to working towards challenging goals. You are independent whilst simultaneously able to pull on the team jersey without breaking sweat.

You have a relevant University degree and have a few years of experience within recruitment, preferably within the IT sector. Your background has given you experience from the whole recruitment life-cycle, such as expanding candidate pools, carrying out headhunting and approaching passive candidates, interviewing, etc. You are able to switch between Swedish and English, and further language skills are a plus.
