Billogram is a fin-tech startup that combines the customer’s needs for seamless payments with the supplier’s desire for increased customer engagement. We’re on a mission to turn recurring payments into a positive part of the customer experience and now we need your help to communicate that mission, in the role as Billogram’s Content Marketing Manager.
We’re looking for an open-minded & creative person that can take charge of our entire content marketing efforts, including creating everything from blog posts, to books and more, with focus on CX (Customer Experience). It's time for us to take a new, exciting next step in our content work, which you'll be in charge of, both by creating our content strategy as well as executing on it from here on out.
While working with content at Billogram, you’ll become an expert on the subjects of CX and payments. You'll not only be writing about these topics, you'll also be our voice on the stage of industry events, use storytelling to create a compelling narrative around the world of CX (and the payment’s role within it), as well as play a key part in building a community for CX professionals.
Content is a vital part of our marketing and sales strategy, and you’ll be an essential part of our combined sales and marketing efforts with the goal of growing Billogram. As part of our world-class marketing team that consists of experienced marketing experts, designers, and developers, you'll be on a great learning journey as we together try to design the blueprint for Account-Based Marketing.
