This is an opportunity to work in a team that leads the change process within Netigate and develops the company’s business processes. You will work with strategic topics and get a chance to grow quickly, get experience from working in a fast-changing business and gain advanced knowledge and understanding of the core dimensions of our company. You will support large change management projects together with managing your own projects and analysis.

Your main responsibilities are to provide strong analytical support to major strategic change projects and lead smaller projects where you actively involve colleagues from across the organization. A capability to prioritize and focus on what is important is required since you will conduct deep-dives into data and information. You are skilled and confident in summarizing findings and present to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Competitor analysis - Knowledge about your surroundings is key to be successful. One of the main tasks for this role is to keep track on the competitive landscape. Your task is to know our competitors better than they know themselves.
• Trend watch – We are a product oriented company. Being updated about new technologies and innovations within our industry is key to be in the frontline of product development. Therefore, this task will be one important area for this role.
• End-To-End Innovation - Evaluate new ideas and transform projects from idea to realization. That includes all phases of the innovation process (research, planning, packaging, testing and implementation).
• Sales Enablement - Structure and build sales strategy material for introduction and commercialisation of new offerings across our markets. The product material offered to our customers need to be crisp and self-explanatory. This role will partly make sure our new launches surpasses the customer expectations.
• CRM Optimization – All sales activities are tracked in our CRM system. To enable the possibility to grow fast and accelerate, we need a well optimized platform which supports the Sales organization. This role will support the organization setting up system integrations and work flows from a holistic point of view. 

  Desired Skills and Experience

To succeed in this position, we believe that you have:

• A Master's degree from University in a relevant field
• About 2-3 years of experience working as a technical consultant, or as a project manager in a strategic change management environment
• A prestigeless personality and a strong social ability
• A driven mindset and power of initiative
• A doer-instinct where you get things done
• A strategic mindset and excellent analytical skills
• Experience working against strict deadlines
• The skills to identify challenges, risks and problems, but also elaborate on solutions and scenarios for the future
• A mindset that change is fun and necessary to become successful
• Experience from working in Salesforce or other CRM system is a plus
• Heard of our beloved Michael Porter and are ready to be an expert in three of his five forces!

For this position, you have to live in or nearby Stockholm, Sweden.
