Office IT Support

Me: “Mac or PC”? You: “Both. The more the better. And, by the way, I fixed the printer”. High five (yes, we still do that!) to you, because we are actually working with both, Mac and PC @ our headquarters at Fyndiq. And we have servers for our active directory, Google Apps, and soon a brandnew environment for our Macs which need some love and caring as well.

As the Office IT Technician you'll be the one keeping things up and running when it comes to the infrastructure @ the headquarter. Your tasks will include maintaining our devices, setting up the computers and being responsible for our local networks. You will be our to go person whenever issues pop up that need some IT-magic. “Have you switched it on?” and “Is it connected to the screen?” are questions you never get tired of asking and when it comes to nitty gritty problems you always know a good workaround.

Growth + new Fyndians = responsibility

We're rapidly growing with an average of two new Fyndians starting per week. You'll help onboarding those new Fyndians and supporting them with all the things related to bits and bytes: From ordering and setting up their computers to creating new user accounts in our system and helping them getting started in their new It-environment.

On top of that you will be in touch with external suppliers, keep up a good relationship with them and make sure we never run out of the office supplies that a tech company like us needs to run fast like warp speed. On top of that we have super lush friday breakfasts, awesome afterworks, fantastic company from fellow Fyndians, table tennis tournaments, an overall inspiring and interesting company culture and lots of fun while working. And of course there is that thing with growth: Your responsibilities will grow with the company. Which is nice, isn´t it?

In case you do have experience from a technical support function and are super service minded, just .zip your Windows and OS/X skills, your knowledge of Antivirus and your network-wisdom and upload them together with your CV. No problem is too small, no challenge too big - you just take the initiative to solve it. You can handle a healthy amount of tasks (a.k.a big workload) by prioritizing them. You need to be fluent in English, and should you happen to speak swedish: Kudos to you!
