As the Senior CRM specialist at Nespresso, you do like to work with the full spectrum of CRM, from developing and analyzing data, translate this into insights, working with customer Club and loyalty program to implementing and developing campaigns.
This role is about developing the customer journey, the customer lifecycle and market communication in a broad perspective. You should enjoy working with long-term planning, while also getting at kick out of supporting ad-hoc crucial decisions.
Your responsibility is to ensure that the relevant data are available in the Nespresso consumer database in order to develop customer insights. Based on your analysis you suggests activities and priorities. You will, for example be crucial in recommending where new stores should be opened.
You will also work with the campaign strategies, activation plans and defining segments for Sweden and Finland for all campaigns that are included in the annual marketing plan. You are also the Swedish and Finnish HQ-contact in CRM issues and developments at the international level.
Some travel to Finland every month is to be expected and you will spend 1-2 weeks per year at head office in Lausanne. You will be based at the Nespresso office at Karlavägen in Stockholm.
