Introduction

EasyPark is currently seeking an early career talent to the exciting position as Business Developer. This is an excellent opportunity for the right person to be part of an international expansion with a steep learning curve and develop and advance to other key roles in the company. EasyPark is now ready to take on a new ambitious colleague, to its Business and Product Development team.

About this position

You will be part of EasyPark's Business & Product Development team, and in addition become a member of the Business Area team responsible for EasyPark's B2B Product, its sales infrastructure and sales force, covering multiple European markets.

Business Developer - B2B Product

The Business & Product Development team consists of 10 highly committed colleagues from various nationalities and educational backgrounds headed by Chief Business Development Officer, and the Business Area Team for B2B of currently 3 team members including Chief Sales Officer.

As Business Developer with main focus on the B2B segment you will engage in, and lead, several exciting and business critical projects connected to the expansion and development of EasyPark. The role as a Business Developer will get you exposed to a broad spectra of business aspects, meaning that you will get unique insights into other Organizational functions than your own, such as but not limited to Finance, IT, Customer Care, B2C Sales.

Areas of responsibility/Selection of projects

Reporting to Product Owner B2B, and working closely with Chief Sales Officer and Chief Business Development and the Sales managers and Teams around Europe you will take on a multitude of business critical projects such as, but not limited to:

  • Business and Product strategy
  • Pricing modelling including pan-European market roll-out
  • Business Intelligence (QlikView) - deep-dive into data to find the hidden business opportunities of tomorrow
  • Various projects within the Sales infrastructure, including CRM, Lead management
  • Implementation of a sales team coaching tool for the Nordic markets, with basis in customer satisfaction
  • Leading and co-leading other projects connected to the international expansion, e.g. CRM system roll-outs
  • Work internationally on a daily basis at the Stockholm office, together with colleagues in the 10 markets around the globe and when the business situation requires to, catch the early morning flight and meetup in person!
  • Be ready to take on project ownership, from day 1 at work - of course with close coaching by and full support from your nearest manager

Requirements
  • BSc or MSc degree in Engineering, Business or Economics with a technical orientation
  • Newly graduated or up to 2 years of relevant experience for example in management consulting
  • Excellent problem solving skills and excellent spoken and written communication skills
  • Fluency in English is a requirement and more languages are meriting. Swedish is not required.
