Web, Ecommerce & Digital lead the work to make IKEA more accessible through a digital presence wherever, whenever the customers choose to meet us. We do this by developing the digital channels and ecommerce business on all markets, to provide both new and existing customers with a meaningful and trusted experience, and stimulate even more people to visit us.

We have entered an exciting journey, where we are strengthening our team by recruiting some 30 new talents, and taking IKEA digital retailing to the next level.

About the assignment

As Deputy Manager for Web, Ecommerce & Digital we would like you to:

Lead business and people, to make IKEA more accessible through a digital presence wherever, whenever the customer choose to meet us
Lead the development of the digital channels and ecommerce business, to attract and retain customers
Lead, develop and inspire a competent and high performing team across the global organisation, to support our multichannel transformation

We believe that you have extensive experience from leading leaders on different levels and functions. Experience and up to date knowledge of digital technologies and applications, relevant market and customer trends. We also see that some of your experience come from the retailing industry.
