We are looking for a talented analyst to head up our BI and Analytics team.
We believe that you have relevant education, followed by 3-5 years of experience working with Data, analysis and segmentation, e.g. at a business with a well developed CRM or loyalty platform and/or online sales, or at and agency consulting on the above.
Your next step would be to develop, grow and lead our BI and Analytics team and it's tasks, managing and delivering insights and recommendations on:
App usage and user behaviour:
- Who does what and when in our app and what conclusions can we draw from that to become better and even more data driven in our product development and user experience?
Voucher performance optimisation:
Continuously improve our models and strive to make our content as relevant and precise as possible to our users - and consequently being as effective as possible for our merchants
Business intelligence:
Continuous development and improvement of the Business Intelligence reporting, providing meaningful insights for our merchants.
