Customer Service Agent

The Job

Do you want to make our customers love us even more and listen to what they think about our great service?

We need to strengthen our skilled support team with more hardworking, positive and service minded people.

You will work with all our contact points for support (Facebook, mail, chat, phone, review sites) and have contact with our customers. You will be serving our Spanish and English speaking customers so you are fluent, written and oral, in both Spanish and English.

You will be part of a multicultural group of about 10 people and you will receive an introduction to learn the job.

Your profile

We think you have previous experience of customer support. You are comfortable working with Windows Office and you have good communications skills and love social media. If you also are service minded, can combine speed with quality in your work and like problem solving you are the one for us!

We offer part time employment. We are manned 7 days a week with working hours varying from 8.00 to 22.30, so you need to be able to work both evenings and weekends.
