Agile Leader, Norway

Our services are high in demand and now, we're looking for an experienced consultant and leader to start and lead our Norwegian lean/ agile business. You will be responsible for building and developing the business and results, take on assigments, hire more colleagues for the team, and the responsibility to push efforts to improve our deliveries. The proven track record and interest you have for both business and lean agile, beyond the team level, will be a great addition to our growing team.

You'd be directly reporting to the Managing Director in Stockholm and be a part of the management team within Knowit Insight TM.

Our business today range from agile coaching for theams and organizations including strategy and product/project portfolio management. In order to make our knowledge more available to clients we also lead trainings. We participate in development forums, continuously hold seminars and meet-ups where we discuss current topics and share our knowledge.

You:

• have a university degree in industrial economics or technology / IT
• have entrepreneurial experience
• can show a proven track record of business scaling
• are a team builder
• wants to build a business from the start while being part of a bigger context
• have experience in agile scaling, for example, by previously consulting role or own business
• is confident moving in different types of environments and work with many different types of people
• is genuinely interested in agile work, organization and development
• continuously keep up with what's happening within the lean/ agile area
