Star Stable Entertainment AB operates the multiplayer game Star Stable Online - the biggest online horse adventure game in the world. Since its launch in 2012, the game has grown to beyond 4 million registered users in over 180 countries.
As an IT support technician at Star Stable your role is to help us with our IT environment at the office. As our IT support technian you are proactive, positive, self-motivated, meticulous and love to help. As our IT support technician, you will work with developing and operate our IT environment in the office (make sure everyone has computers, develop our office network, helping staff with computer related problems, installations, maintenance of printers and other IT equipment, etc.).
Some on-call work will occur for monitoring the game.
Desired skills and Experience: - Experience with Windows Server and Active Directory. - Deep knowledge of Windows and OS X clients. - Experience in building and maintaining computers, both PC and Mac hardware. - Basic knowledge in network: switches, routers, firewalls, wiring. - An eye for detail and accuracy - Read, write and speak English fluently
- Experience of Help Desk work. - A / V equipment / Conference. - Knowledge of LDAP. - Experience with Linux / BSD - Interest in games - Are you the one we are looking for?
