SEB is a leading northern European financial services group, and at the same time, one of the largest IT employers in the Nordics. Banking is changing rapidly, and we are proud of our reputation for being entrepreneurial and innovative in the face of change. Our brilliant techies work hard to future proof SEB’s digital architecture and customer products because it genuinely makes a huge impact for our customers and colleagues. Does that sound like a fit for you?
The team is expanding with two new colleagues:
We are an appreciated, growing team that works in close collaboration with each other, and our infrastructure platform teams. We have an open culture where the knowledge, responsibility and development of our applications are shared within the team, thus helping, and supporting each other is a natural part of our daily work. We put a lot of value in sharing knowledge and have different sharing sessions within the team, for e.g., pair programming, problem solving workshops and ‘Demo-Fridays’.
The team consists of six team members, where there is a mix of junior and senior developers. As the delivery area is continuously growing, we are now looking for two new developers to join the team. For one of the roles, we offer an opportunity to have a shared role as both a developer and a Scrum Master.
The team sees their new colleague as someone who has a passion for development, is curious and positive to learn new technologies. We appreciate a person who likes to be proactive with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility for the delivery. We see our new colleague as a team player, with strong collaboration skills and who is eager to exchange knowledge with the rest of the team.
It is not important that you are an experienced full stack developer; we are a team that help and complement each other. We are open to a developer with experience from other object-oriented programming languages that would like to learn .Net.
About the role:
You will be developing line of business applications with a strong focus on Asset management. You will be playing an important role developing solutions in collaboration with our stakeholders and collaborative teams. The delivery area is continuously growing, and you have the possibility to work with database modelling, back-end, APIs, User interface and integrations with other important systems within the bank.
