SEB is looking for a Security Awareness and Competence specialist within Group Security & Cyber Defence. You will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive security awareness and training programs to enhance SEB´s overall security posture. This role reports to the Head of Security Governance. The position is based in Arenastaden in Stockholm.

What you will be doing

You will be part of a team with highly skilled professionals within Group Security & Cyber Defence. You will be co-driving the security culture and awareness area, with the task of strengthening the security awareness among all SEB staff. As a team member you will be responsible for different security culture and awareness initiatives. Our slogan is “security starts with me” and we need to constantly find ways to improve security behavior within SEB to protect our customers, business, and ourselves.

Your responsibilities:

· Develop, manage, and execute on effective security awareness and training programs for employees at all levels of the organization

· Design, develop and implement innovative learning solutions supporting the learning lifestyle

· Acquire and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to promote security awareness and culture

· Identify competence needs for both today and the future

· Establish metrics to measure the effectiveness of security awareness and training programs

· Support in Group Security & Cyber Defence Strategy development and execution follow up

You need very good skills in communication, collaboration, and presentation as you will interact with colleagues on different levels of the organization as well as with stakeholders outside SEB. We believe that you have an interest in how to influence people to change user behaviour and drive change.

For this role we require:

· Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills

· Proficiency in both Swedish and English, verbally as well as in writing

· Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

· Documented experience in driving initiatives

· Knowledge / experience in the following areas we see as an advantage:

- Security business landscape: key players, trends, and market dynamics

- Knowledge in security certifications: ISO.27001 Lead Auditor, ISO.27001, Lead Implementer, CISSP, CISM or CISA
