Cross Solution Manager - Product Owner for Workflow Platforms & Common Services

What you will be doing

You will be a part of a professional team, accountable for both driving the CIO agenda for Business Support & Operations and providing capabilities to all of SEB Group for managing and improving business processes, as well as for automating these processes to the highest possible extent.Cross collaboration and interaction with other SEB teams, as well as driving change, are essence of our daily work. In your assignment as Agile Product Owner, you will work closely with the Workflow Platforms & Common Services team and with stakeholders, to meet the needs of our customers and to maximize the value of these platforms and services for SEB.

As a “Cross Solution Manager – Product Owner” you will be responsible for

· Leading stakeholder management, and jointly with the team and tribe, defining a long-term capability strategy and roadmap for workflow platforms and common services

· Collaborating with stakeholders to understand and clarify their needs, requirements, and priorities, and bringing their voice to the team

· Acting as an advisor, communicating business value, and supporting Divisions/Functions/Tech in questions relating to SEB’s workflow platforms IBA Business Automation Workflow (IBAW) and Camunda Platform 8

· Owning the team backlog and working in PI plannings with the Scrum Master and the team to prioritize items based on business value and technical feasibility

· Working closely with the team to refine the backlog and to ensure that user stories are well-understood, well-defined, and aligned with business goals

· Monitoring and reporting on the progress of development efforts, e.g., in tribe management and to ensure that stakeholders are informed of progress and potential roadblocks

· Collaborating with other product owners, e.g., in the Process Automation tribe, to ensure alignment

· Keeping up to date with latest trends and developments in the market, incl. building strong knowledge and relationships with our vendors IBM and Camunda

Who we are looking for

I am looking for you who are passionate about process automation and digitalization, and if the following describe you, it would be great to hear from you:

· Outgoing, flexible & positive team player

· Self-motivated and able to work independently, with strong sense of ownership

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders and teams across SEB and across different levels of seniority

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to connect product capabilities with business needs

· Technically skilled, able to understand workflow platforms from both business and technical perspective, ideally with experience from some of the used platforms (IBAW, Camunda Platform 8)

· Strong understanding of agile methodologies, preferably with experience as Agile Product Owner

· Experience from projects and project management, to work effectively with initiatives using our platforms

· Experience with Atlassian’s suite tools that SEB is using is a plus (Confluence, Jira)

· At least Bachelor’s degree in a computer science or other relevant field

· Excellent in English
