We are now looking for an IT Team leader to Cary Group in Stockholm!

ABOUT THE JOB:

In the role of IT Team Leader, the focus is on operational IT work with responsibility for leading and managing the daily IT work for the Nordics, which also includes leading and supporting three team members.

Your primary work assignments:

• Responsible for documentation and risks related to IT services

• Responsible for ordering and follow-up of external IT suppliers

• Follow up on support issues and ensure that relevant support procedures are correctly followed

• Lead and carry out various types of projects and planning work within IT

• Responsible for the budget process

• Responsible for IT hardware procurement and management of IT equipment and networks

THE ROLE:

Requirements:

• Relevant education in IT

• Experience from similar work and supporting business systems

• Knowledge of IT security, network infrastructure, business systems and Microsoft

• Good knowledge of cloud technology, especially Azure

• Experience from managing a team.

• Can speak and write in Swedish and English

To succeed in the role, you must have good communication skills and be able to convey information in a clear and structured way, as well as being able to engage those around you. You are comfortable working independently but find it easy to collaborate and work in teams. You thrive in a broad role with responsibility and you have the interest and ability to develop employees to meet the needs of the business.
