IT Analyst

What you’ll do

We want to strengthen our IT team with an analyst who will support the company’s growth by developing systems support and defining operational processes to optimize the flow of data and visualize business data to the organization. You will participate in IT- and operations process improvement projects across the organization in EMEA, APAC & AMERICAS.

Your main activities and responsibilities

• Daily monitoring of our ERP and surrounding IT-landscape
• Support improvement- and development projects within:
  • ERP: Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2017
  • Budget & forecast system: Planacy
  • BI System: QlikSense
  • Other operations and finance support systems
• Support the organization with knowledge about systems, integrations and processes
• Support in process optimization projects, such as order management, inventory management and master data management
• Support the continuous development of our reporting platform
  

You will report to our Head of IT.

Who you are

You’re a doer, a self-starter who’s able to work independently. You’re organized, methodical and able to manage different projects at once while cooperating with a wide range of people across different departments. We see that you have prior experience working with Microsoft Dynamics & Business Intelligence development.
