You will join our Technical Operations Center (TOC) department that focuses on creating a superior customer experience when using the Viaplay platform.
As an Operations Manager, you’ll manage a team of TOC Agents and will be responsible for the day-to-day operations. In short, ensuring that we have correct staffing to monitor our services 24/7 whilst also making sure that we are progressing and developing our processes, routines & guidelines, and the tools that we use. You will also play a pivotal role when it comes to our external vendors and partners, making sure that they perform in line with predefined support arrangements. It is worth noting that the TOC Agents report to our Staff Manager so you will solely focus on the operational tasks but obviously work closely with your peers as we are a true believers in that magic happens when people get together to create sustainable results.
Good to mention as well is that you’ll be a part of the Crisis Management with a rotation every 3rd-4th week.What we are looking for
