Business Analyst to SEB in Stockholm

In the role as Business analyst at SEB, you are offered the opportunity to develop in IT in a modern organization with a high rate of change. You will be part of and contribute to a unique journey of change where you and your team are responsible for building a completely new cash ledger. In your role as Business analyst, you will be the liaison between business needs and the team that will realize stable technical solutions.

About the job

The team of 15 driven people has started the journey towards the goal building SEB’s new cash ledger system. In the role as a Business analyst, you will work on developing both functional and non-functional requirements for the new system. You will work closely with 4-5 other Business analysts in the team and work closely with the team's product owners. You clarify priorities and constantly work to improve processes, working methods and routines. You establish natural contact routes to other teams and departments within the bank. You will work closely together and report to the project manager of the overall initiative.

Your work ensures that the development of the new platform meets the requirements and needs of the business and users. You do this in close collaboration with system developers, IT architects, Scrum masters and product owners. You will work with Jira and Confluence as documentation and project managements tools.

Your team:

In the role of Business analyst, you are part of the Core Ledger team. The team was formed 2 years ago and today consists of developers, requirements analysts, solution architects, Scrum masters and product owners. You will together with your team be working in an agile context according to the SAFE framework where the work is performed in sprints. You will work in modern premises next to the Mall of Scandinavia, Solna.

Who are you?

We are looking for you with a passion for IT and Tech and who is curious to work with us at SEB. You have previous experience of leading roles as a Business analyst. You are communicative and communicate freely in Swedish and English in speech and in writing.
