What you will be doing
The team consisting of around 10 team members is responsible for the IT operational processes as well as Business Continuity Management for the IT solutions. The role Global Incident Handler which coordinates and secures fast incident solution of all major IT incidents is also handled from this team. Furthermore, the team is responsible for IT quality follow-up, analyze and improvement for the SEB Technology organization.
As team manger you are expected to drive the transformation of the SEBs operation processes and way of working to fit a cloud delivery model that SEB is quickly moving towards and having a strong focus on BCM in the technology organization which is focus area both from regulators and bank customer. You will support the IT COO role and should be able to take a leading role in a crisis’s situation.
Collaboration, both within the team and with other parts of the organization, is a key success factor. You will need to work independently but also coordinate with other team managers and teams. The team works fully agile and as a team manager you will also be part of the agile structure.
