Team manager IT Automation to SEB, Stockholm

Do you want to lead the way to fully automated IT solutions? The IT automation team works with internal automation of our services and our virtual assistant solutions. The virtual assistants are used both to support SEB employees and customers.

What you will be doing

The IT automation team consists of 12 driven team members that works with internal automation of our services and our virtual assistant solutions. The virtual assistants are used both to support SEB employees and customers. We need an engage and outgoing manager who can help this team evolve their services and keep good contact with stakeholders around the bank. Understand business needs and furthermore help SEB to automate IT delivery to make the bank more efficient. The team works with solutions such as Ansible Tower, Google CCAI, IPsoft Amelia and Microsoft Power Virtual Agents.

Collaboration, both within the team and with other parts of the organization, is a key success factor. You will need to work independently but also coordinate with other team managers and teams. The team works fully agile and as a team manager you will also be part of the agile structure. In this role you will be part of our Agile governance structure and take roles in multiple tribes.
