We are now looking for a Junior IT support handler to join our daily Process Support Team within the Customer Journey Tribe at Life Domain.

What you will be doing

You will work with 2nd line IT support for some of Life’s most important business processes within the Customer Journey Tribe. Being part of this team, you will contribute to a highly efficient and reliable support process, analyze technical incidents and work with continuous improvements. You will work in close collaboration both within the support team and agile teams cross SEB.

As a Junior IT Support Handler you will be responsible for:

- Assistance to system users for incident handling, incl. consultation, analysis, and resolution

- System maintenance and monitoring of automated daily processes

- Access rights support and control in internal applications


Who we are looking for

We believe you are service minded and customer oriented, a motivated team-player, willing to learn and share knowledge, help others and accept help.

You will be a good fit if you have:

- Strong personal drive to focus on helping others, solving incidents and strive for quality

- Analytical and problem-solving skills, curiosity to detect a root-case

- Good Swedish and English skills (written and verbal)
