We are looking for a CX Designer who will join our CX team, and work with our customer facing touchpoints in our digital channel domains.
What you will be doing
As a Conceptual CX designer within Group CX, you will collaborate closely with designers working with all touchpoints as well as business specialist, developers, product owners and all kinds of stakeholders. Your mission is to help SEB create a coherent and understandable ecosystem of digital toucpoints.
You will be part of our Customer Experience Design community with more than 50 designers. Together we have a high level of skills and competence within user experience and our work is highly valued in the bank’s digitization journey.
Who we are looking for
• You can bring out the essence of a strategy and convert it into concrete and understandable digital concepts
• You really can’t decide whether business strategy or customer interactions are more fun
• You love when you hear others use your words as if they were their own
• You have the ability to self-lead and communicate and you thrive being in a position where you have influence
• You grow from working with others and find it natural to network, both with co-designers and in cross-functional teams
• You enjoy sharing your knowledge, methods and tools
• You have at least 5 years of experience within UX design and digital concept development
• We expect you to have post-secondary education within the field as well as experience in working agile with UX
• You have good language skills in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
