Within Scania Connectivity at Scania R&D we are looking for a Manager for the new group Connected Development Loop.
To drastically reduce the time it takes to create customer value from software development, a new concept “Connected Development Loop” has been created. We will utilize high performance ECU’s in the entire fleet of customer vehicles to collect on demand data for testing and evaluating new software.
Many parts of the Connected Development Loop will be developed in other parts of the organisation (and some parts already exists), but we are lacking a team taking the overall responsibility for the Connected Development Loop. The team will operate both on strategic and on code level.

Since this is a new area and the group is new, you will be responsible for recruiting and building a strong team, eager to deliver this challenging technology.
You will work closely with the other managers within Connectivity and contribute to the management team work such as strategical planning and organization development.
You are a natural and proven leader with strong management and leadership skills, you want to develop your leadership continuously. You have a lot of enthusiasm and you are eager to see the first results. To succeed in this position, you need to be strong in building teams, cross-functional work, be communicative, show drive and initiative and be energized by challenges.
