Scrum Master

 We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to be a part of our growing team in Stockholm.  

What you’ll do  

• Ensuring that goals, scope, and product domain are understood by everyone on the Scrum Team as well as possible  
• Finding techniques for effective Product Backlog management  
• Helping the Scrum Team understand the need for clear and concise Product Backlog items  
• Understanding product planning in an empirical environment  
• Ensuring the Product Owner knows how to arrange the Product Backlog to maximize value  
• Facilitating Scrum events as requested or needed  
• Coaching the Development Team in self-organization and cross-functionality  
• Coaching the Development Team in organizational environments in which Scrum is not yet fully adopted and understood.  
• Causing change that increases the productivity of the Scrum Team  
• Working with other Scrum Masters to increase the effectiveness of the application of Scrum in the organisation  

Who you are  

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or Computer Science or relevant field  
• Business level fluency in both written and spoken Swedish   
• Minimum of 4 years experience as a Scrum Master  
• Deep understanding and knowledge of the Scrum framework 
• Proficient within different agile frameworks and supporting Tools'. 
• Solution-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills especially within complex situation that may involve various stakeholders
