We are now looking for a Content Publishing Operator to strengthen our team in Stockholm.

The position

As a Content Publishing Operator within Media Operations, you are working in the Content Publishing Team together with four colleagues.

The Content Publishing team is responsible to ensure that content is scheduled according to guidelines, published on time, and contribute to creating a premium experience for all users, regardless of platform or device. Your main responsibilities as a Content Publishing Operator are to fulfill your responsibility areas within the team. 

This includes but are not limited to:

  • Schedule all titles within assigned area of responsibility according to communicated deadlines for respective area. 
  • Publish all titles in good time and according to communicated guidelines - ahead of start date, with a daily routine. 
  • Plan your own work and tasks to be able to meet, give and hold deadlines, and finalize tasks within the communicated timeframe.  
  • Seek answers, follow up on issues and pick up potential problems and inform whomever it may concern. 
  • Follow up on content to assure they are published on our platforms.
The journey ahead

You will be part of a large team (+25 people) that together cover the entire chain in the publishing flow. Everything from contact with distributors, scheduling, coding, quality control, to publication is owned by this team. In other words: here is a lot to learn!

As we are heading into new markets, we are still aiming to be the best streaming service and need to simplify and evolve our department systems and workflows, which you will play an important role in. You will also be part of the ongoing transformation in the team to adapt to the company growth.     

What we are looking for

Ideal candidates also meet the following requirements:

  • Able to work in a times-sensitive matter and with flexibility. 
  • Fluent in Swedish and English. 
  • You have solid experience of working with coordination and communication. 
  • Well-structured and with an eye for details.
  • Well-functioning both as a team member as well as working independently with own responsibility areas.

Bonus requirements that will make you stand out from the rest:

  • You have experience from working with streaming and operational parts connected to it. 
  • You have experience in content management or VOD publication. 
  • You have experience from working with rights- and content management systems.
