What will you be doing
We are currently looking for an ambitious and curious tech person! You will get the chance to be part of driving the journey to establish customer interaction using Conversational AI and voice as SEB are about to explore and set up Google Contact Center AI and Microsoft Bot Framework where new business processes and customer value will be created.
You will join a team which assignment is to explore, enable and support SEB with Virtual Agents. Development of Virtual Agents is moving incredibly fast and SEB was the first bank in the world to use the Virtual Agent Aida (Amelia), built on Artificial Intelligence. This is a job in the forefront of technology placed in an innovative environment where you and your colleagues will be working in a self-organizing way with agile methodology.
As a Solution Developer you will be responsible for:
· Nurse and develop competence within this area
· Boost SEB’s digitization efforts in terms of Virtual Agents technology
· Act as catalyst and mentor as well as govern and support implementations in SEB.
· Build, implement and test business processes, automations and integrations.
· Contribute in the development of new implementations for customer interactions.
· Support other Delivery teams that have implemented our services, how to build and maintain in the best way.
The team co-exists in Stockholm and Vilnius
