Why
We are forming a new group and need a person to build up and lead it. You will be responsible for verifying our systems to our external customers and the integration of the systems within the powertrain domain. Gearbox management system is our main test object, which controls both electrified as well as conventional powertrains.

Our powertrains are also delivered to other brands and external customers. Your group will be the main contact towards our external customers. Even though most of the work is done at our home location, there will occasionally be traveling to and work on customer site.
To form the new group you will recruit both internally within our section as well as outside.
As part of the section management team, you are expected to be engaged in all of our operation. You will be responsible to form the operation of your group and will have a large impact in the development and way-of-working within your area.
You and your skills
As a person you are pragmatic and proactive and encouraged by challenges. You have an ability to quickly familiarize yourself with advanced problems with a desire to find creative solutions together with your colleagues. As the assignment involves many interfaces, you are responsive to various input and have no difficulties making new contacts.
You are an experienced leader and have knowledge in testing of software. As leader you believe in building relationships with teams and stakeholders, inspiring and motivating others working towards a goal.
Interest in vehicles and more specific knowledge of the powertrain components are an advantage. You have a relevant university education. You are excellent in communication and master English in speech and writing and have basic knowledge in Swedish or will be a quick learner.
