The section IXA – Information management and services consists of five groups which are all integral in making Scania Data Driven. We serve all of Scania and our mission is to make the use of data, information, intelligence, and analytics an integrated part of everyday work in all business areas. Since our services are high in demand, our organization has grown in the last years and it is now time to split the two existing Business Intelligence (BI) groups in three. We are thus looking for a manager for the new group Supporting Processes BI which also means being a member of the IXA management team.

Your profile:
To succeed in this role, you are required to interact with and influence stakeholders at all levels in the company, and you have a natural ability to cooperate. Thus, a broad network within Scania complemented by smooth communication abilities is advantageous. Previous leadership experience and specifically development of organizations and the people working therein is meriting, and so is domain knowledge within Business Intelligence and related fields. Finally; intelligence, energy, and integrity are traits we look for in you as a person.
