Who are we?
For us at Chassis Systems, the shift to sustainable transport solutions gives us a new landscape to operate within. We are vital parts of the electrification development as well as the autonomous solutions and provides at the same time numerous functions to help the driver to operate their vehicles (combustion or electric) in a safe, stable and comfortable way. Our area is expanding and we need to adapt, both in product and methods.

Chassis Coordination and Control (ESCC) are responsible for the Chassis Management System as well the electric levelling control. In cooperation with other groups at the section, ESCC also delivers software for redundant brake functionality. The group is divided in two teams who delivers functionality from idea to customer releases with inhouse SW development and testing. Among the upcoming challenges are the new platform to support levelling control, release of redundant brake functionality to the autonomous initiatives as well contributing to the next generation of electrical system.

Your tasks
You are responsible to strategically lead and develop the group. You support with priorities in the product development, ensure that the group keeps the customer in mind and ensures a long term horizon both for product, process and skills. To ensure that the group can deliver, you keep as your main task to ensure the right prerequisites for the group in their daily work.

Your profile
We are looking for a candidate with a background within systems development. You have a graduate degree in engineering or equivalent. You have a few years of leadership experiences, preferably from a management position. We believe you are driven by developing your group and your employees and by that ensure that we reach our goals of product & solution deliveries to our customers. We think you have the ability to both see the details that might hinder us and the overall solution with customer value, strategy and cost. You also hav good knowledge of English and Swedish both written and spoken. Last but not least – we expect you to be part of our journey as a section to a more lean-agile development.
