About the job

Panagora is looking for an ambitious and driven Key Account Manager to join one of our production teams and manage a selection of our e-commerce clients.  

You will build on existing long-term relationships and work strategically to achieve win-win solutions and mutual profitability to make our clients category winners

You will at all time be the initial contact for new projects and incoming orders and prioritize, together with team lead, according to available resources in the production team. 

In addition to nurturing existing clients and key stakeholders you will process new customers and develop new business in close collaboration with our CEO and other Key Account Managers. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Act as the client’s point of contact at all time and constantly increase customer satisfaction
  • Manage existing clients, including sales and developing new business with proactive improvement suggestions 
  • Handle the client’s expectations while ensuring internal resources can focus on production

Qualifications 

  • At least 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within relationship based service sales 
  • A relevant academic degree or equal relevant work experience
  • A genuine interest in e-commerce and sales  
  • Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, verbal and written
  • Knowledge and experience in Google Analytics and data-driven decision making

Nice to have 

  • Previous experience in relevant technical fields and/or e-commerce 
  • Documented experience in processing new clients and proactively increasing sales
