As Head of IT Operations at NENT Group, you will play a key role in securing our IT Operations journey to the next level. You will be managing a team of dedicated and talented people as well as co-managing outsourced staff. One of the most important responsibilities will be to manage our outsourcing providers and to build a close collaboration for improvements and risk mitigation. With your broad experience within the field you will coordinate and oversee all our work on IT Operations. 

With the target of becoming a European streaming champion we need to challenge ways of working to meet the needs of today as well as cater for the demands of tomorrow. Besides taking the ownership of strategic initiatives and have the mandate to change, you will also be a part of the day-to-day operations in close collaboration with the team. 

Some of your work will include:  

• Lead a team working with all aspects of NENT IT Operations.
• Monitor IT servers and systems.
• Develop department policies.
• Negotiate Vendor Contracts.
• Oversee upgrades and installations.

To succeed in this position, we believe that you have several years of experience working with leading change in a complex IT environment. With good technical skills and understanding of the operational part of company IT we believe that you will not only bring your expertise but also share it when mentoring with other colleagues. The role will in several aspects require great communication skills, and you need to be comfortable with communicating with different stakeholders in the organisation.  

Successful candidates also meet the following requirements: 

• Broad experience from working with IT Operations, preferably in a similar role. 
• Proven experience of leading a team. 
• Solid knowledge about working with suppliers and outsourcing providers.  
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English.
