Job descriptionAs Assignment Leader Älmhult – the future of entrepreneurship you will be part of the Business Unit Society & Community and play a crucial role in our ambition to lead and facilitate an agenda to develop and strengthen the society of Älmhult as a great and attractive place today and for generations to come. With a holistic and strategic view and pragmatic approach, you will lead and deliver to the development of IKEA and Älmhult, applying your expertise, knowledge and passion connected to the assignment. The aim with the assignment is to:
Boost Älmhult as a place where businesses (in particular connected to the home, life at home, design) can start, grow and develop.
To succeed in this role, you come with lots of passion about development of Älmhult and IKEA in Älmhult and its potential connected to the assignment. You lead the work to engage and attract the next generations of co-workers, inhabitants, and visitors. You have a positive attitude, a solution-oriented mindset, and a great ability to collaborate.
You have a strong drive being a self-starter with a thinking ahead approach and get energized in working together, involving and co-creating.
Furthermore, your responsibilities will include:
Identifying, planning and execution of projects and initiatives connected to the assignment, in collaboration with relevant peers, partners and stakeholders, both within and outside the IKEA network.
