Want to take America's #1 fishing app with millions of users to the next level? Now's your chance! We're currently recruiting a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to join our team at Fishbrain. In this role, you will be at the center of driving the continued success of Fishbrain. You will lead product management initiatives together with a cross-functional team with the main mission to grow the App usage, creating a lasting, relevant & qualitative user experience that adds lifetime value for our users.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will act as a leader and ambassador within your domain. You will lead the discovery process, prioritize backlog items, be in liaison with key stakeholders, ensure progress, and oversee the roll-out of our services. The role involves working both hands-on with product features for our Apps, as well as developing product roadmaps strategically. Your objective is to grow engagement and lifetime value for our users.

What you’ll be working on:

• Define and execute a product strategy aligned with business goals, focusing on community networks, retention, and growth.
• Analyze trends in apps, utilities, social networking, and user behavior to inform product decisions and maintain competitiveness.
• Integrate US-based user feedback loops and discover key engagement drivers to build personalized lifecycle journeys (e.g., feeds, relevance models, notifications, UGC).
• Define success metrics and lead A/B testing and experiments to improve DAU/MAU, retention, and engagement.
• Prioritize and manage feature development from conception to launch, creating detailed specifications and overseeing sprint planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, data science, marketing, and sales) to deliver high-quality products on time.
• Lead product roadmap delivery, track progress, and continuously refine based on feedback and data.
• Work closely with UX and Design teams on discovery, user research, and prototyping.
• Act as a thought leader by sharing insights and driving product management best practices.

What we are fishing for:

• Exceptional stakeholder management and collaboration skills with a proactive, ownership-driven approach at a senior level.
• Passionate product and customer evangelist with excellent analytical and English communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, structured, and focused on quality.
• 5+ years of experience in product management roles (e.g., Product Manager, Product Owner, Head of Product) with expertise in agile, lean, and user-driven development.
• 3+ years of experience with subscription/app services
• Solid knowledge of social media, communities, networks or similar. 
• Proven ability to grow usage and lifetime value of consumer apps/digital services, with a track record of delivering successful iOS/Android products.
• Experienced in analytics tools like Amplitude, Tableau, and similar.
• Experience with working closely with UX and product design teams.
