Technology Team Manager for Credit Risk Solutions unit | SEB, Vilnius

About the role:  


As a team manager in the Credit and Capital department and tribe, you will lead technology teams responsible for custom-built solutions that assess Credit Risk and make Credit decisions. You will oversee several technology solutions and lead a team of approximately 15 full-stack developers specializing in .NET and Angular. In our dynamic environment, you'll have the opportunity to work on regulatory and technology initiatives, playing a key role in the solution development life cycle. Collaborating with key stakeholders, including Product Owners, Team Managers, and Experts, your goal will be to provide top-tier services and solutions for SEB Group's internal users working with regulatory Credit processes. 

To thrive in this role, we believe you have:

  • Previous experience in technology area 
  • Held leadership roles in teams or projects within the IT domain 
  • Strong interest in IT, staying updated on industry trends and innovations 
  • Great communication skills and fluency in English 

Would be considered advantageous:

  • Experience building efficient agile teams  
  • Work experience with financial products
