What you will be doing

You will lead Collaboration services engineering team (~12 engineers), be part of Baltic IT services leadership team, manage vendors, contracts, stakeholders in Tech area and beyond. Our brilliant techies work hard to future proof SEB’s digital architecture and customer products because it genuinely makes a huge impact for our customers and colleagues. Your responsibilities will include:

Lead the team of M365, Telephony and daily services onsite support engineers
Own SEB Baltic Collaboration platform, Telephony services and daily support onsite services
Manage technical roadmap and team activities backlog
Ensure necessary and up to date team competences
Manage relevant assets, expenses, contracts, external supplier services
Ensure governance and control requirements are fulfilled in your area
Build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders in the company and with vendors

Passionate for IT platform technologies
Knowledgeable in Microsoft M365, Azure, telephony, end user technologies
Experience as a leader for engineering team is a big plus
Flexible and willing to take ownership
Outgoing & positive team player
Diligent, able to work in regulated environment
Interested in building relationships in company and with vendors
Ability to inspire and motivate distributed teams
Fluent in English, oral and written
