IT TEAM LEAD NORDICS & BALTICS

We're looking for an Internal IT Team Lead with previous leadership and system administration experience. In this role you’ll get is a good mix of being both strategic and operational. You have a proven track record in organizing and motivating a team towards aggressive deadlines. You have a positive service mentality and are willing to get hands-on with the issues, assisting in both 1st and 2nd line support. Furthermore you’ll drive service improvement, documentation and process improvement within the team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Head up the Internal IT N&B Team, currently consisting of 3 team members in Stockholm and Tallinn.
• Act as a mentor/trainer towards the Internal IT and our IT Departments as a whole.
• Take a coordinating lead in our ongoing and planed projects in Internal IT.
• Aid the Head of IT in existing and upcoming business requirements, while maintaining strict cost control.
• Secure documentation and knowledge sharing in Internal IT.
• Take shared ownership of system and service monitoring in Internal IT – focus on implementing and continued improvement.
• Ownership of backup and security in N&D region.
• Secure cooperation between the various departments in Betsson.
• Be prepared to work in all roles within the department to ensure service levels are maintained.
