About the role:
In the role as a Product Specialist, you will be a key person, and you will play a central role in the team focusing on Liquidity Products. A set ambition is that you over time will become the expert for these products and how we support our customers in the best possible way. You will also participate in building the future solution and be responsible for establishing the plan and strategy around communication for the next generation offering. In this role you will become the expert and driver of multiple transformative activities for the product portfolio, while simultaneously collaborate with stakeholders throughout the bank’s network. As such, you will work closely with Product Managers, other Product Specialists and a variety of key stakeholders throughout the value chain.
The role will be based in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Vilnius or Riga depending on the candidate’s preferences.
To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
· A M. Sc. degree in Economics or Engineering.
· A structured way of working and the ability to drive change, with experience as a project manager or management consultant considered an advantage.
· Fluency in English, as we operate in an international environment.
· Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build relationships and manage stakeholder expectations internally and externally.
· A customer-centric mindset, with the ability to understand diverse needs and provide the right support.
· Without being an expert, an interest in technology and an agile way of working.
