Subject: Investigation of strain optimized PCB design solutions for camera systems in the automotive industry.
Background:
The large temperature range and fluctuation in a car is a critical parameter to handle from a design perspective, especially the PCB.
Purpose:
Create a guideline that the design team can use to reduce the strain in the PCB over its lifetime when assembled in a camera system. To achieve this, the thesis worker will for example need to:
