Role Overview: We’re seeking a dynamic Solution Manager to join our innovative team. This role blends technical prowess with sales acumen, focusing on developing and implementing solutions for our diverse sales portfolio. Key Responsibilities: • Solution Development: Craft and estimate solutions in: o Communication Based Train Control (CBTC) o SCADA systems o Network Solutions o Software Architecture o Power Supply Systems • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of solutions. • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with proposed solutions. • Innovation: Drive continuous improvement and innovation within our sales processes and offerings.
Qualifications: • Education: Master of Science in Engineering or a related field. • Experience: Proven track record in solution management, particularly in technology-driven environments. • Technical Skills: Strong expertise in software architecture and network solutions. • Communication: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Adaptability: Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments. • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with rail systems and technologies is advantageous.
